The venue was luxury, I appreciated the location right by the city center, the metro line or bus and the suburbs, and street views. The position of the hotel was nice, next to the metro station. Zuidoost district was worth staying in...
Don’t have any issues at all.

The best part of my Christmas stay was the warm and friendly welcome from the owner. the room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a touch of artistic flair. I loved the daily surprises, like the little treats left in the room. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh rolls with cheese and ham. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
The distance from the city center. Although the metro ride was only 20 minutes, I had to be mindful of the time in the evenings to ensure I didn't return too late.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Modern Times for a few nights. The room was beautifully modern and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredible breakfast - it was by far the best I've ever had in a hotel. The host, Franz, was extremely friendly and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the hotel's location, just 5 minutes from the metro station, was incredibly convenient.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this B&B. The modern interior was sleek and the hotel was located in a quiet residential area. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful, and they even catered to my vegan request. The location was perfect, as it was close to the metro station, making transportation around the city convenient. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional staff. The owner, Franz, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially when I fell ill. He was a superb and kind host, always going the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and taken care of.
It was all superb.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the host. The breakfast was simply jaw-dropping, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The host even went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary restrictions, allowing her to cook her own omelette to perfection. The stories and recommendations shared by the host made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. The modern and stylish room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. The host's attention to detail, such as complimentary bottles and mini chocolate bars, added a special touch to the experience. I cannot recommend this place enough - it truly exceeded all my expectations.

The decoration at the B&B was simply charming, with beautiful artwork and thoughtful details throughout. The general areas were kept spotless and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and relax. , the hotel's accessibility was impressive, with ramps and handrails available to assist those with mobility issues. It was clear that the hotel catered to the needs of all guests.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice to have options such as organized day trips or a dedicated area for socializing and meeting fellow travelers.

The host was so cool and the place was super tidy. We hit up the awesome bars in Amsterdam and explored the sweet street art scene. The location was perfect for us party-goers, just a quick metro ride away from all the action. Plus, the breakfast was on point, giving us the energy we needed for our adventures!
The only thing we wished for was a sick rooftop hangout spot where we could chill with our friends and enjoy some sick views of the city. Other than that, no complaints!
